10 advices to Avoid Diabets

Diabetes is the results of lack of insulin in a person's blood, or when a body has a problem using the insulin it produces (Insulin resistance) . 
Diabets and especially type 2 has a close relationship with food . So you can avoid it by following these advices :


1- Check your risk of diabetes :
Learn more about your risk of developing of diabetes,  by doing the diabet test .

2 - Manage your weight : 
Excess body fat,  can increase the body’s resistance to the hormone insulin. if it stored around the abdomen, this can lead to type 2 diabetes.

3 - Exercise regularly :
Moderate your body activity , helps you to manage your weight, and this will reduce  levels of blood glucose .

4 - Eat a balanced, healthy Food (Diet) :
You have to reduce the fat amount in your diet, especially saturated awith fats. You have also to eat  more fruit and vegetables . 



5 - Limit processed foods :
This type of food is usually high in salt and fat. try to cook for yourself using fresh ingredients whenever possible.

6 - Limit your alcohol intake :
Too much alcohol can lead you to weight gain and may increase the pressure of your blood  and levels of triglyceride . 

7 - Quit smoking :
 Smokers are twice more likely to develop diabetes than non-smokers.

8 - Control your blood pressure :
Do some regular exercise, a balanced diet and  keep a healthy weight.

9 - Reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease :
Obesity and physical inactivity are the risk factors in common  between Diabetes and cardiovascular disease .

10 - See your doctor for regular check-ups :
You have to check regularly your blood glucose, blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels.
